2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. (1) The process of dividing the land of this case is 1) The Jeju City B (hereinafter “B”) prior to the division.

(2) On January 15, 1993, when the ownership was transferred in the name of F, G, H, I, and J, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of five persons, such as F, G, H, I, and J as the ownership was transferred on October 5, 1970. (2) The Defendant held a general meeting on July 15, 1993, and resolved to change the name of D land in installments to the actual owners of D land.

Accordingly, D forest land was divided into K or L on March 12, 1994.

With respect to divided K or L land, 19 persons, including M, etc., have completed each registration of ownership transfer in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate, which was enforced on June 23, 1994 ( enacted on November 30, 1992 by Act No. 4502, but invalidated on December 31, 1994; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

(However, with respect to N,O completed the registration of transfer of ownership on December 7, 1994). As to D forest land 13,698 square meters after division, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on October 28, 1994.

3) On April 3, 1997, the Defendant: (a) 5,585 square meters of P road; (b) Q29 square meters of Q29 square meters; and (c) 3,464 square meters of C forest and fields (hereinafter “instant forest”) on April 3, 1997.

B) Division was divided. B. The Plaintiff’s father R on June 21, 1965, which owned the land on the part of the Plaintiff, died on July 25, 1978, when the registration of ownership preservation was completed with respect to the land attached to the instant land on the north-dong of the instant land (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).

T, the plaintiff's birth, shall complete the registration of transfer of ownership in its name on the land on November 11, 1994 by reason of the inheritance on the land on August 20, 1978.

2. The Plaintiff connects 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 33, and 13 of the annexed drawings among the Plaintiff’s land and the instant land.
