A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 5217"
1. On August 23, 2016, around 07:10 on August 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) seeed the police officer E, who was dispatched after receiving a report on the front of the road located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, to return home from the police officer E; and (b) assaulted the above E’s right chest on the ground that he does not grant tobacco.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers.
2. On the same day, the Defendant assaulted the police officer, who is a police officer, to walk the left Habbbucks one time on the right side, with no reason, while arrested and waiting in the middle police station G District in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, as an offender within the G District in the Police Station G District in Busan Jung-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
"2016 Highest 7840"
1. On September 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took meals at the “K” shop operated by the Victim J (42 Dop) located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan on September 15:20, 2016; and (b) took a bath for the Defendant to “Sero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero fero feb, etc.; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s business by force from around 30 minutes to about 15:50 minutes on the same day
2. The Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties for the foregoing reason, upon receiving a report from 112, and being arrested a flagrant offender from the police captain M belonging to the Busan Central Police Station L District, and assaulted him by: “Choe fe, a civilian stick fe,” and “A private stick feas,” and committing assault against Ma’s face face feass, and feass the police outside the police.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
