야간주거침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around January 13, 2013, around 18:29, the Defendant: D’D located in the CD store “A”; (b) used a cre in which surveillance by the victim E, a manager, was neglected; and (c) used two CDs in the market price displayed there; and (d) stolen them from that time, from that time, at approximately 20,000 won.
2. Until June, 16, a total sum of 6,151,90 won was stolen over 14 times, such as the statement in the annexed list of crimes.

On January 26, 2013, from around 00:10 to around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse by the victim G located in the Republic of Korea from around 00:10 to from around 01:00; and (b) invaded into a warehouse by the rear door of the 4-to-bebetting the victim’s ownership; (c) KRW 100,000; (d) KRW 100,000; and (e) KRW 45,00,000; and (e) KRW 20,000,000, the market price of 20,000; and (e) intruded into the said “H store” through the said warehouse; and (e) took a theft of KRW 7,00,000, total amount of KRW 47,700, supra.
3. Illegal use of air defense and unlawful use of air, and events of protection of air;
A. On January 29, 2013, around 15:03, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily attached the license plate for a motor bicycle, which was stolen as indicated in paragraph (1), to the motor bicycle of “L” that was stolen as indicated in paragraph (1) 9., and used the said license plate, which was the air hographer issued by the strike market, by illegally attaching it on the motor bicycle of “L” as indicated in paragraph (1) 8.
B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and place specified in the preceding paragraph, driven the above motorcycle with a license plate affixed as above, and exercised an air vegetablely used by driving approximately four kilometers to the sloping end of the Si/Eup located in the same time.
