The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a 29-person bus.

On December 29, 2015, the Defendant driven the above bus around 17:40 on December 29, 2015, and continued to drive a three-distance intersection near the academic village of the Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeong-do, in the direction of private.

At the time the signal apparatus was installed, and the signal apparatus of the defendant's direction was the vehicle stop signal, so in such a case, the driver had the duty of care to stop the bus and drive safely according to the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated the signal and received the part of the driver’s seat of the driver’s vehicle on the left-hand side from the right-hand side of the Defendant’s moving back to the left-hand side in accordance with normal signals due to the negligence in which the Defendant violated the signal and received the part of the driver’s seat of the driver’s vehicle in front of the Defendant’s bus.
