C. The Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, upon notification of the plan for the selection of a person subject to investigation on September 30, 2008 to Chungcheongnam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, and Jeonnam-do, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries organized for the purpose of protecting the rights and interests of residents suffering from the instant accident pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Special Act on the Support for Residents in Damage Caused by Oil Pollution Accidents in Switzerland and Restoration of the Marine Environment.
On October 21, 2008, the notice was given to the Cheongnam-do, Jeollabuk-do, and the relevant basic local governments of the detailed selection procedure and implementation schedule for the reporting person who acquired the report completion certificate after the accident. On October 23, 2008, the Do Office of Jeollabuk-do was held at the conference room of the Maritime Accident Countermeasures Headquarters, Chungcheongnam-do, and on October 27, 2008, the Do Office of Jeollabuk-do held an explanatory meeting on the investigation procedure against the persons in charge of each local government and the representatives of the Damage Countermeasures Committee, and on November 208. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 21014, Oct. 23, 2008>
