On May 2, 2017, around 00:30 on May 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a dice car B in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 30 meters from the front of the Chinese restaurant located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front of the Saemaul restaurant 48-gil, as in the same Gu.
