1. The Defendant’s KRW 36,788,593 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from November 18, 2005 to December 16, 2015.

Reasons

The claim of this case is a claim for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim for lease on a deposit basis, which was finalized by the order of payment order No. 2005Da5952 of this Court (Evidence No. 1 and the purport of the whole pleadings), and is justified.
