2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On March 31, 2014, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement for the lease deposit of KRW 25 million and the lease term from April 5, 2014 to April 4, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

B. On September 30, 2014, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant second lease agreement”) with respect to the real estate stated in attached Table 2 attached to the list owned by the Defendant, namely, KRW 25 million and the term of lease from October 1, 2014 to October 1, 2016.

C. With the consent of E around October 2014, Plaintiff B: (a) the real estate listed in attached Table 2 to F on October 9, 2014; and (b) Plaintiff A sublet the real estate listed in attached Table 1 to G on October 28, 2014; and (c) the real estate listed in attached Table 1 to G.

E was indicted for occupational embezzlement, fraud, or fabrication of private documents as follows: “The Plaintiff, etc., was delegated the authority to conclude a lease contract with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet and received KRW 25 million for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet after concluding a lease contract with respect to the real estate owned by the Defendant following the death of the Defendant; and the Plaintiff, etc., entered into a lease contract with the Defendant by falsity, and received KRW 25 million for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet listed in the separate sheet.”

E was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in the above court on October 26, 2015, and appealed by Suwon District Court 2015No6546, but was sentenced to the dismissal of appeal on January 21, 2016.
