Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.
On January 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 500 meters from the vicinity of the village distance, such as Gangseo-gu Seoul, to the 88-ro hypryp site in the center of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.17% among the blood transfusions at around 21:30, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 500 meters.
