1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 12, 2007 to May 1, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on January 10, 2007, lent KRW 120,00,000 to the Defendant on January 11, 2007, with a maturity of KRW 120,000 to the Defendant on January 11, 2007. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from January 12, 2007 to May 1, 2015 on the record that the date when the copy of the instant complaint was served by public notice, and from the following day to the date of full payment.
