On August 12, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on August 12, 2017, driven B rocketing car at the airport located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, from approximately 135-8 (Seoul), to the front street of the light lighting class of Geumcheon-gu.

Relevant legal provisions concerning criminal facts, Articles 152 subparag. 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, the reason for sentencing a sentence of imprisonment or a majority of non-licensed drivers, the reason for the sentence of sentence of imprisonment, drinking of alcohol, and the reason for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the center of flood control on April 9, 2015, who was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for six months on April 17, 2015, which became final and conclusive on April 17, 2015, and is currently under the suspension of the execution of sentence; the fact that a person was sentenced to a fine for driving under the influence of alcohol on one occasion during the said suspension of the execution of sentence, and the fact that the person re-offending again despite the fact that the person was punished for a fine on one occasion during the said suspension of execution
