1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 16, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. With respect to the purchase and sale contract (contract amount: 10,000,000 won, remainder: 390,000,000 won) between the marking Plaintiff and the Defendant, the Defendant paid only a part of the said down payment and the remainder, and did not pay for KRW 120,00,000,00,00, to the Plaintiff, so the Defendant did not claim the above amount and damages for delay.
