1. The defendant is based on the transfer on December 4, 200 on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Since the Defendant, who purchased an automobile listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff’s marking of the claim, did not register the transfer of ownership on the said automobile, imposing an administrative fine, etc. on the Plaintiff, he/she shall file a claim for acquisition of the transfer of ownership on the said automobile (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
