The Defendant is a person who sells golf products purchased in Korea and in foreign countries with the clinic called “F and G” through the so-called Internet car page, such as D and E.

1. When it is intended to import sealed goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by taking advantage of the fact that the import declaration was omitted for goods to be sold on the Internet car page, was a disguised list of goods used by the Defendant and his family under the name of the Defendant, even though the goods were used for sale on the Internet car page in question by using the name of the Defendant and his family.

Therefore, on August 1, 2014, the Defendant, through the Incheon Customs Office, imported a total of 244 golf appliances, including 1,515,709 won of golf appliances, and 76,935,091 won of goods cost, without reporting to the head of the customs office, from that time, from that time to July 9, 2016, as shown in attached Table 1 of the Crime Skylon brand, from that time to July 1, 2016, including a total of 114 times in the name of the Defendant and his/her family members, as if he/she was an employee, by submitting a customs list under the name of the Defendant, as if he/she had an employee.

If the total customs value of the imported goods in question is less than 150,000 won and is recognized as goods for private use, the Defendant, taking advantage of the fact that customs duties are exempted, was to be unjustly exempted from customs duties by means of filing an import declaration at a price lower than the actual price in order to disguised the goods for private use.

Therefore, on February 15, 2014, the Defendant is a good to use a golf splir and a cost of 329,246 won in the Incheon Airport Customs Office.
