However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant forged private document at C’s staff members of the Co., Ltd. D operated by C, upon the request of E to request for consent to use the private document F from D: on February 15, 2012, the Defendant prepared a letter of consent to use the road, site location: 610 square meters at the Gyeongnam-do, Gyeongnam-do, and the site area: 610 square meters at the Gyeongnam-do, and 610 square meters at the above site when applying for the construction of a new building (building) in the above site; 1 attached documents; 20 years at the Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Seoul-si, and 301; and 300 square meters at the 301st place; and 610 square meters at the Gyeongnam-do, 2012 at the 301 office, and had a prior seal affixed to C’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without any authority, forged a letter of consent to use in the name of D Manager C, a private document corporation, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant sent a forged letter of consent to the use of the road to E at the above date, time, and at the above place, as if he were aware of the forgery, and exercised it by mail.
