1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 as well as 15% per annum from October 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the application;
(2) Applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act: (a) The term “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”.
