Punishment of the crime
On July 19, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for the crime of indecent act by force in the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on July 19, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 27th of the same month, and a person subject to registration shall submit basic personal information, such as the registration number of his/her vehicle, to a person subject to registration without any false representation, and shall submit the changed details within 20 days from the date on which

Around August 31, 2018, the Defendant submitted basic personal information at the original police station located in Dobong-dong, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, and submitted false personal information as if there were no owned vehicles due to the failure to enter the information despite the registration of the amount of the B SP car as owned by the Defendant on September 29, 2017.
2. Although the Defendant changed his/her address on July 23, 2019 from Gangwon-si to D Building E in the same city from Gangwon-si, the Defendant did not submit the changed details to the head of the competent police office until August 12, 2019, later than 20 days thereafter.
