The defendant is a person who operates a cruise car.
On May 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 700 meters up to the front road of the beneficial sonia, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.142% in blood on the road in front of the Republic of Korea on May 24, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.142%.
