The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. from Handphone medication and possession on October 6, 2016 among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the investigation of naval vessels, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
