1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On January 18, 2018, the Plaintiff prepared and presented a distribution schedule that the said court distributes the dividends of KRW 1,312,051,233, the date of distribution, and KRW 33,101,735, respectively (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”) in the auction procedure for the auction for the auction for the real estate auction case No. 330,00 for the real estate auction case No. 20,000, the Plaintiff stated an objection against the total amount of dividends to Defendant A. There is no dispute between the parties.
2. The plaintiff asserts that since the defendant's wage and retirement allowance claims are invalid with false claims, the plaintiff's claim that the amount of dividends against the defendant A should be deleted and the above amount of dividends should be distributed to the plaintiff.
Only the evidence submitted by the plaintiff, it is difficult to recognize that the wage and retirement allowance claim claimed by the defendant A in the above auction case is false, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise.
Therefore, the Plaintiff’s above assertion is difficult to accept.
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
