Inasmuch as the above facts do not conflict between the parties, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31,986,470 won and 30,526,429 won with interest rate of 23.5% per annum from December 27, 2016 to the date of full payment, and 80,000 won with interest rate of 29.5% per annum from December 27, 2016 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
