A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

1. On June 6, 2013, around 11:55, the Defendant, at the “E Hospital” in the operation of the Victim D(35 years of age), an oriental medical doctor in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, requested the revocation of the complaint by the victim, but the victim was refused to do so, the Defendant committed violence against the victim, i.e., the victim’s head at one time, the victim’s shoulder by hand, the victim’s shoulder by hand, the victim’s shoulder by hand.
