1. The defendant
A. Plaintiff A, 40,500,000 won, and 5% per annum from May 9, 2014 to September 7, 2015, respectively.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be recognized as 20% per annum from September 8, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
