1. On August 30, 2012, the Defendant appeared at the Seocho-gu Seoul High Court Decision 157 Seoul High Court Decision 306, supra, to take an oath and take a witness of the damage compensation case involving the Plaintiff D and Defendant E, thereby making a witness to take an oath.
