1. The Defendant is due to the sale and purchase on July 18, 2015 with respect to an automobile indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Around July 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased a vehicle indicated in the attached Form from the Plaintiff and received the vehicle from the Plaintiff on or around July 18, 2015, and did not take over the transfer registration procedure for the said vehicle even after receiving the Plaintiff’s demand, thereby demanding the Defendant to take over the transfer registration procedure for the said vehicle.
B. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) while operating the said vehicle, imposed an administrative fine of KRW 40,000 on the Plaintiff due to illegal parking on or around November 27, 2015; (b) incurred damages due to nonperformance by having the Plaintiff bear property tax of KRW 69,950 on December 2015; and (c) sought damages of KRW 109,950.
