1. From May 29, 2014 to November 27, 2014, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 421,145,194, out of the amount of KRW 421,147,00 and the above amount.
Reasons
1. Claim for reimbursement against the Plaintiff’s joint guarantor who subrogated for a national bank loan under the said credit guarantee in relation to the credit guarantee agreement concluded on April 9, 2013 between the Plaintiff indicated in the claim and the bankrupt A, and the period of the guarantee agreement concluded on April 9, 2014
