On June 17, 2012, from around 16:00 to 20:30 of the same day, the Defendant, while taking a bath at the Dongjak-gu Seoul restaurant, while drinking alcohol to the victim C, who is a business owner of the drinking while drinking alcohol, obstructed the work of the victim who operated the restaurant for about 4 hours and 30 minutes by force by exercising power on the part of other customers, who were eating at the above restaurant, and were drinking at the restaurant, without permission of the victim.
