1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,490,088 and KRW 31,037,228 among them, 15% per annum from June 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In addition to the whole purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1-3, the facts are recognized as identical to the entry in the grounds for the claim (Provided, That the "creditor" shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be the "defendant"). According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from June 22, 2016 to the date of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order in this case, to the day of complete payment.
