However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[2] On May 23, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 400,000 as a fine for the crime of destroying property at the Seoul Central District Court; on January 22, 2015, the same court received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine for the crime of assault; on June 2, 2015, the same court received a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for the crime of assault; on June 24, 2015, the court received a summary order of KRW 70,000 as a fine for the crime of obstruction of business by the same court on June 26, 2015; and on December 18, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for the same crime of assault by the same court on December 18, 2015; and received the summary order of KRW 301,000 as a fine for the same crime of assault.

[Criminal facts] Defendant 2:

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims habitually over three times.
