1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On April 1, 2013, a lease contract (a security deposit of KRW 16,58,000, monthly rent of KRW 143,570, and period of KRW 2 years) dated April 1, 2013 concerning buildings listed in the attached list is terminated for reasons of delinquency in rent (a total of KRW 1,945,980 in rent and management fee from April 2013 to April 2014) at least three times by the defendant, and a claim for delivery of the said building is sought as restitution.
