On July 13, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Daejeon District Court's Branch of the Daejeon District Court on July 13, 2007, and KRW 3 million as a crime of the same violation at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 9, 2014.
