1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,295,780 and KRW 35,00,00 among them, 20% per annum from July 26, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On June 27, 2014, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 35 million and interest thereon (including interest on delay) that the Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant on June 27, 2014.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
