1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The Defendant borrowed KRW 16,00,000,000 from the Plaintiff on May 30, 2009 from the Plaintiff as of October 30, 2014; and the Defendant borrowed KRW 28,60,000 on June 30, 2008 as of October 30, 2015.
