A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 4474" Defendant will send a mid-term cleaning machine to the victim C through B fishing system from the French site on October 7, 2019 if the Defendant first deposits KRW 350,000 to the victim C through B fishing system.
“The purpose of “ was to make a false statement.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send cleaning machines even after receiving cleaning money from the victim.
On October 7, 2019, the Defendant received 350,000 won from the victim to the E bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant’s father at around 17:02, as well as from October 16, 2019, by deceiving 7 victims over seven times in total, as shown in the attached List of Crimes (1) from the time until October 16, 2019, and acquired it by defrauding 2,45,000 won.
Around 09:48 on July 17, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Around 09:48, 2019, the Defendant: (a) by phone calls from the victim G who was a female-friendly woman, imports and sells the steering roll equivalent to KRW 14 million; (b) at present, if 1.50,00 won is lent money, she will return the money after one week; and (c) on the same day, at around 19:02 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Around 19:50,000 won will be repaid simultaneously to the said victim at KRW 2.6 million.”
However, the Defendant was thought to use the money received from the victim as a personal debt, and there was no plan to import and resell a motor vehicle-rating roll at the time, and there was no intention or ability to repay the money within one week, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim as above, since the obligation was above 40 million won at the time.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a total of KRW 2.3 million from the victim to H account (I) in the name of the Defendant on two occasions on the same day, and acquired it by deceiving the victim.
The defendant of "2019 Highest 4955" sells S8 on a gallon B in goods direct trade where it is not known about October 20, 2019.
