The decision made by the Intellectual Property Tribunal on January 29, 2018 on the case No. 2016Da2726 shall be revoked.

1. The background of the basic facts and the trial decision;
(a)The Defendant’s registered design (No. 2) No. 1/filing Date/Registration No. 2: No. 8210/2014. 1/2014. 24: Attached 1: B. The prior design and prior design are the same as the comparable design 1 and 2 in the instant trial decision; (i) the prior design is the same as the prior design 1/2; (ii) the date of application 1(No. 4)/registration No. 9523/3/2014; and (iii) the name of an article No. 20/400 of the prior design (No. 4: No. 940/4. 6, 2014) no. 200/3 of the design registration No. 9420/3 of the Act: the name of the article No. 2545/204. 6, 2014).
2 The Intellectual Property Tribunal shall examine the case as 2016Da2726, and on January 29, 2018, "the case."
