1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 427,338,651 and KRW 145,378,204 among them.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the "creditor" is deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be the "Defendant", but in case of D, the payment order has become final and conclusive, and there is no corresponding matter).
