2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

The rate of damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 due to the amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is applicable to the grounds for partial dismissal of claims, and the rate of damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and damages for delay exceeding the rate shall be dismissed.
