Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff Hosan Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff Hosan Development") is a housing management operator who entered into an apartment management consignment agreement with the council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case"). The plaintiff A apartment management office (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff management office") is a place where the plaintiff Hosan Development's employees are dispatched, and the complaint and employees are conducting apartment management in accordance with the apartment management consignment agreement with the council of occupants' representatives, and the defendant U.N. Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Construction Co., Ltd.") established the construction company for the apartment of this case, and the defendant B entered into a construction contract for the selection of the construction company and construction works with the head of the apartment management office at the time of the construction of this case, and the defendant C is a working person who assisted the work of the defendant B as the head of the management office.

Scope of Construction - High-efficiency Furter 1 P PPPPP 1(PPP 000)

- The pipes inside the underground water tank shall be connected to STS-3T, and the valves shall be the burner (racker).

The store valves shall be the KS Standards (F, E, G).

User - The contractor shall undergo an inspection by the supervisor at the time of carrying construction materials before the commencement of construction work, and shall not use the materials unless the result of inspection is the standard materials designated by the ordering person.

- All the materials and equipment used in this construction shall be used in KS specifications or equivalent thereto, and in the absence of specifications, after obtaining approval from the supervisor, and shall not be removed from the warehouse without obtaining approval from the supervisor.

B. Defendant B, under the name of the head of the management office of the apartment of this case on November 18, 201, set up an artificial apartment of this case at KRW 23.5 million with Defendant Construction Company and the price for the apartment of this case.
