A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around November 21, 2018, the Defendant was driving C’s vehicle volume in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.233% at a section of about 3 km from the cultural distance near Sincheon-dong in Sincheon-si to the next three km in the same city.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a passenger car in C Sti district.
On November 1, 2018, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 50 km from the new-dong side to the Si interesting viewing of the three-lane road in front of the Si interesting city, at around 21:30 on November 1, 2018.
In this case, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take the front side and left side well and to accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent accidents.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc., of the string in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, injury to the F, who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle (the 49-year old-age-old), such as radin salt, tensions, etc., in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the damaged vehicle G (the South, the 47-year-old-old-age-old-age-old-age-old-age-old-age-old-water-related tensions
