In full view of the reasons for unfavorable sentencing, including the defendant's age, family relationship, economic situation, background and motive leading to the crime, and all other matters concerning the sentencing indicated in the records and arguments of this case, the judgment of the court below is judged to be appropriate, and the defendant's assertion is without merit, and there is no change of circumstances to be considered in the trial of the court below, since the defendant's punishment is determined to be appropriate, and the defendant's assertion is not reasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
