On March 2, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.157% during blood transfusion around 23:05, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 2 km from the vicinity of the Gangnamnam Station located in the station of Gangnam-gu to the 1239-14 ahead of the same Dong-dong.
