1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,35,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 27, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘defendant', and ‘debtor' is regarded as ‘defendant'.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
