1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff supplied “video system equipment” equivalent to KRW 151,800,000 (including value-added tax) of the tax invoice of December 31, 2015 at the site of the Defendant’s construction of the control situation plate of the Governor of the Governor of the Governor of Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, which was paid only KRW 100,000 on January 29, 2016, and thus, the Plaintiff claimed the remainder of KRW 51,80,000 by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
