A Imprisonment for one year and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for the period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received 120,000 won in cash from B in the “E” restaurant located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City between 21:00 to 24:00; (b) opened the said restaurant in the form of a philopon and a transportation cost; (c) opened the restaurant, and returned to am, and gave to B and B approximately 0.03g of a philopon.

B. From May 23, 2017 to 24:00, the Defendant administered philophones, inserted approximately 0.03g of opphones into a one-time injection machine located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

2. Defendant B

A. From May 9, 2017 to 24:00, the Defendant: (a) 120,000 won in cash in the name of the cost and the cost of transportation of philopon in the above “E” restaurant; and (b) 1,20,000 won in cash to A; and (c) her return to her return to her return to her return to her, received a disposable injection containing approximately 0.03g of philopon.

2) On May 10, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.015g of phiphonephones purchased from A in a single-use toilet, melted them into water, and injected into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he is a local mental medicine.
