The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to find the defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. due to Possession of Mesamine among the facts charged in this case, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding the legal principles as to ex post facto action, as alleged in the ground of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
