The defendant jointly and severally with C Co., Ltd. about KRW 480,649,457 and KRW 448,536,482 among them shall be jointly and severally filed on August 19, 2020.

Reasons

1. The judgment deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted a formal objection to the payment order after being served with the original copy of the payment order in this case, and the defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific answer, and thus, it is deemed that the plaintiff's assertion was led in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
