1. On July 5, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendant committed sexual intercourse with the victim E, which was known at the Internet site “D” camera located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with a total sum of KRW 5,15,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim, which was set on the guest table, and KRW 1,50,000 in the market price of KRW 40,000 in the market price, and KRW 1,30,000 in the total amount of KRW 1,10,100,000 in the transportation card filled with KRW 40,00 in the market price, and KRW 1,10,10,000 in the clothes, 1,1,1,1,1,100,100 in the clothes, and 1,198,000 in each case.

On July 7, 2012, as indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) delivered PEP owned by the stolen owner to FF; and (b) when the Defendant and the victim received an investigation by means of larceny and acquisition of stolen property, the Defendant was able to obtain money from the victim by taking advantage of the thiefing and acquisition of stolen property.

At around 10:00 on August 7, 2012, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant paid to E the agreed amount of KRW 1 million,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,000,000,00

However, the defendant did not have paid part of the agreed amount to E, and even if he received the money from the victim, there was no intention to pay E with the agreed amount.

The Defendant received KRW 280,000 from the victim on the same day as the Defendant’s new bank account at around 22:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained the above money by deceiving the victim.
