임가공료
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,826,200 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 28, 2017 to the date of full payment.
1. Grounds for claim: The plaintiff is a business operator who processes and sells machinery parts in the trade name of "C", and the defendant is a business operator who engages in the business of assembling and selling machinery in the trade name of "D."
Since 2010, the Plaintiff received raw materials from the Defendant and processed them and supplied them to the Defendant. In 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the total amount of KRW 100,763,100.
However, the defendant does not pay only a part of the above processing fees, and does not pay the remaining KRW 76,826,200.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
