1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 69,559,484 and KRW 30,424,321 among them, from December 15, 200 to April 15, 2003.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
