On July 8, 2019, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.

At around 03:50 on March 29, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.169% without obtaining a driver's license from around 119-10 semi-months to the front road of convenience stores located in the same Gu B from around 6km to the road located in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, and operated a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
